Case Study: Customized Training


As one component of succession planning, an educational institution put in place a customized training program focused on coaching and mentoring which I designed. This consisted of identifying potential coach/mentors and participants for the program, training the coach/mentors in their roles, facilitating small group meetings with coach/mentors to support their work, and evaluating the program following its completion.
