Case Study: Facilitation A global manufacturing company brought 80 leaders from around the world together for a three-day action planning conference. This facilitation intervention required the use of carefully crafted small and large group interaction to move the whole group towards consensus on key strategies. This facilitation focused on a large 'group process' and lead the team of four facilitators who worked with sub-groups that reported back to the large group.
