Who is your typical client?
Organizations usually engage an external coach for their high-level leaders. My clients typically hold titles such as President, Vice President, Director, Manager, Partner, Chief, Executive Director, Dean, Principal, Head of School or Owner. I work across industries including associations, consulting firms, education, banking, government, healthcare, insurance, law offices, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, and utilities.
Coaching is also frequently used to support an organizational leadership initiative. I have worked with a variety of corporations as part of a cadre of coaches engaged as one component of leadership development. In these programs, debriefing assessments is a common component of the coaching. Leaders in such programs may represent middle management as well as senior management.
