Who pays for services?
In my work as an executive coach, my clients are usually organizations, and not individuals. Thus, executive coach fees are normally paid for by the organization. The individual leaders with whom I work, I refer to as my coaching partners. In some instances, I work with individuals who pay for the services personally. Generally these are individuals who are in some phase of a career transition. For example, they may be considering leaving their organization, they are seeking coaching around a desired promotion, or they are currently engaged in a job search.
